2. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it.
- Provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Courses and access
- Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials.
- We may update content to reflect best practices and model changes.
- We may remove or limit content to comply with law or manage risk.
4. Payments and refunds
- Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
- Refunds are available under our catalog policy; contact support within 7 days of course start.
- Chargebacks without contacting support may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not infringe intellectual property or misrepresent authorship.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or share accounts.
- Do not upload harmful code or abuse our infrastructure.
- Respect privacy and confidentiality when using real data.
6. Intellectual property
All site content and course materials are owned by LumenCrest Lab or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not distribute or commercialize materials without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are educational. We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes. You are responsible for complying with your organization’s policies and applicable laws.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
